Who owns the copywrite on all illustrations and written content?

All artwork or written content, weather it is on a physical product you have bought or a digital download, remains under my copywrite. You will only be purchasing a physical item or a digital file.

Commission licencing or copywrite transfer will be agreed upon via private communication.

Please also read each product description for information for that item, like file types and sizes.

• REFUNDS AND RETURNS : All digital downloads are non-returnable, non- refundable and non exchangeable, due to the nature of the item.
• WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE ? : When you buy a digital download item, you will not receive a physical product. You will receive digital files that you can download and print.
• CUSTOMISATION: All files are sold as is, but if you would like any customisation, please contact me and I would be happy to help.
• FILE TYPES : Digital files will be automatically available in the following file formats, PDF and JPEG. If you need any other file types, please let me know and I will be happy to help.
• PRINT QUALITY : Please be aware that printed colours may not be true to the image you see on your screen. This is due to individual printers, paper used, ink types and your screen settings.
• USAGE ? All digital files can be used for personal use an unlimited amount of times provided they are not sold. Prints of these digital files, may also be shared with organisations and groups, provided they are shared free of charge. Please do not share or sell the digital files, and please do not sell printed items from the digital files.

• POSTAGE / SHIPPING COSTS: All physical items are sent via Royal Mail tracking service and their shipping costs will be calculated on check out. Once the item has shipped within 3 to 4 working days, you will receive a tracking number by email.
• WHERE DO WE SHIP TO? : Postage on physical items is set to the UK only via Royal Mail tracked service. Please contact me if you for any international shipping, which may be at an additional cost.
• HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? Items are dispatched from the printer within 4 working days of receiving your order. They will be sent via Royal Mail on their tracking service, and an email will be sent to you with the tracking number. The estimated delivery times once an item has been dispatched to Royal Mail, is 1 to 3 working days within the UK. These are estimated delivery times and cannot be guaranteed.
• MY ORDER IS LOST : It happens from time to time . Please wait 12 working days from the time you receive your tracking order. Royal Mail will only declare a parcel lost if its is not delivered within these time frames. Once a parcel is declared lost we will then be able to help with a replacement or a refund. Please report lost parcels within 60 days of receiving your tracking number. After this time we unfortunately cannot help you with a refund or replacement.
• MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS INCORRECT: Please make sure at checkout that your shipping address is correct, and if you are paying by PAYPAL, that your shipping address is the same as your address registered with PAYPAL. As per PAYPAL policies, we can not ship to an address that is different to the one they have on your record with them.

All items in the shop are sold as is, but, I would love to help you customise any item you see. Please just send me a message and I would be more than happy to help.

I love commission work. I would be more than happy to show you some illustrations via zoom and discuss 'your ideas' and develop this further into your projects.
